Each District Field Director will serve one of our strategically located districts by helping it to reach its potential in cooperatively carrying out the Great Commission. He will build relationships with local pastors and churches as he provides basic pastoral care, resources and facilitates more advanced care.
He will represent our denomination as he encourages the district to greater partnership and teamwork.
