Wayne serves at Trinity Lighthouse Church in Royersford, PA. As the Church Health Associate, he is seeking to help churches fall more in love with their future than they are with their past; to see churches move beyond a faint hope of survival and be re-energized and equipped to reach the lost with the good news of Jesus. A congregation that is “full of life and vigor” is one that is making disciples and growing. Working with the other Communities of the E.C. Church, the focus of the Church Health Community will be on providing encouragement, resources, training and connections designed to bring vitality to our local churches to help the denomination be a “Dynamic Movement of God.”
